If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please read the following policies to ensure that your return or exchange request will be processed smoothly.

1. Return and exchange conditions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, including all components.
Goods must be in the same unworn or unused condition as when received.
Non-returnable items include promotional items, gift cards, and custom products.
Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
2. Return and exchange process
To initiate a return: Email us at support@spennypiggy with a photo/video of the item and your order number.
Returned items: If eligible for return, we will provide a return label and coordinate with UPS or FedEx for pickup.
Refund or exchange: After receiving and checking (5-7 working days), we will process the exchange or refund.
3. Return fee
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, quality problem, wrong address sent), we offer a full refund.
If the return is due to the buyer (e.g., change of mind, wrong product/size ordered, incorrect address or incomplete), the buyer bears the shipping cost (usually $5- $10, depending on the product size).
There is no replenishment fee.
Step 4 Get a refund
We will notify you after checking to approve or deny the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you do not receive a refund during this period, check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card company. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@bratty.cc.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order before shipping for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Product damage
We will replace parts damaged during transportation or defective parts found during installation free of charge.
Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
